2. NAME OF THE WORK: Construction of control room building, Earth filling work at the balance portion and Installation of a sub-mersible pump at proposed Nasigram 33/11 KV Sub-station, Burdwan.
3. ESTIMATED AMOUNT: a) Construction of control room building - Rs. 40, 04,168.00
b) Earth filling work at the balance portion - Rs. 4,76,588.70
c) Installation of a sub-mersible pump - Rs. 37,248.80

5. BID SECURITY: Rs: 90,000.00 to be deposited in D.D./ Pay Order in favour of West Bengal State Electricity
Distribution Co. Ltd., payable at Burdwan.
6. COMPLETION TIME: 6(six) month/ 180 days
7. LAST DATE OF RECEIVE OF APPLICATION: Up to 18.09.2008 Between 11.00 AM and 4.30 PM. on any working
day except Saturday & Holiday.
8. ISSUANCE OF TENDER DOCUMENT: From 22.09.2008 to 23.09.2008 between 11.00 AM to 4:00 PM.
9. SUBMISSION OF TENDER: At 2.00 PM on 25.09.2008. 10. OPENING OF TENDER: At 3:00 PM on 25.09.2008.
11. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Attested Xerox copy of
i) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work during any of the preceding three financial years under Govt. / Semi-Govt. / Autonomous Body along with the order copy of the work in individual contract value of not less than Rs. 27 lakh.
ii) P.F. and Cess registration certificate, P.T. clearance certificate, VAT & PAN Card and Bank solvency certificate.
12. SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
i) No bid documents will be issued/ received through post/ currier.
ii) Bid security in separate envelope attached with bid document is to be deposited properly marked by the NIT no., name of the work, full address on the top of the both envelope POSITIVELY.
