West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. herein referred to as WBSEDCL invites sealed bids in two separately sealed parts in duplicate from eligible bidders for “Design, Development, Hosting and maintenance of web portal of WBSEDCL including supply, on site delivery, installation & maintenance of IT & Communication equipments” A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible vendors on submission of written application and upon payment of non refundable fee as cost of tender papers. The bidding document will be issued from the Office of the Chief Engineer, IT & C Cell, Vidyut Bhavan(3rd Floor), D-Block, Bidhannagar, Kolkata -700 091 on all working days from Monday to Friday between 11.00 hours to 14.00 hours from 01/09/2008 upon payment of Rs 5,000.00(Rupees five thousand) only as cost of tender papers. The payment towards cost of tender paper shall be made through an A/C payee Bank Draft on any Indian Bank as per RBI schedule payable at Kolkata, drawn in favour of "WEST BENGAL STATE ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LIMITED”.
Sale of bid documents starts from 01/09/2008 from Monday to Friday between 11.00 hours to 14.00 hours.
Last date & time of sale of bid documents is up to 14.00 hours of 08/09/2008.
Pre Bid discussion on 18/09/2008 at 14.30 hours at Seminar Hall 1, 7th Floor, Vidyut Bhavan.
Due date of submission of tender paper is up to 14.00 hours on 26/09/2008.
Due date and time of opening of tender paper (1st part only) : on 26/09/2008 at 15.00 hours.
Bid documents are not transferable. Bid documents will not be sent by post or by courier Service in any circumstances.
Value of Earnest Money Deposit (Bid Guarantee) as Bank Guarantee : Rs 1,34,000/- (Rupees One lac thirty four thousand ) only.
WBSEDCL reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever and does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender.
