Audited financial
statement etc. for the following works.

Receipt of applications : Applications for getting tender papers from the interested parties will be received by the Circle Manager & S.E. Purulia (D) Circle from 15.09.2008 to 19.09.2008 on all working days except Saturday on production of valid documents in respect of clearance of S.T., P.T., I.T. /PAN No., separate P.F.Code No. and credentials, solvency certificate etc. as stated above must be made available with the application.
Earnest Money : Earnest Money to be deposited in the form of demand draft/Banker's Cheque of any Nationalized bank drawn in favour of WBSEDCL payable at Purulia. Call deposit, National Certificate etc. are not acceptable. Tenders with N.S.C. and call deposit will be liable for cancellation.
Sale of Tender Paper : From 22.09.2008. to 29.09.2008 on all working days except Saturday and Sunday between 11.00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M. on payment for cost of tender as specified above.
Receipt & Opening of Tenders : Earnest money and price bid to be submitted in two separate envelops, super-scribing the Tender notice No. and name of work. Tenders in above form will be received up to 2.00 P.M. on or before 30.09.2008 at the office of the S.E. & Circle Manager, Purulia (D) Circle and tender will be opened on the same day at 2.30 P.M. in presence of attending tenderers.
Conditional tenders and tenders without earnest money will be rejected out right without assigning any reasons unless otherwise exempted. The WBSEDCL does not bind himself to accept lowest rate and reserves the right to split up the work among more than one party and to rejects any or all tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
