Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), invites sealed bids for Construction of Marketing and Transport office block at its Mill site, Kagithapuram. The bidder shall be a reputed contractor of such construction work and should have executed a minimum of two similar works of value not less than Rs.45 lakh each (exclusive of cost of cement and steel), against single order in the last 5 years.
A complete set of Bid Document may be purchased by any interested bidder on the submission of a written application to TNPL and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Indian Rupees 1000 /- by way of Banker's Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited, payable at Karur, from the following address:

A single stage, two-envelope (Technical Bid and Price Bid envelopes) bidding procedure will be followed. All Bids must be delivered to the office of TNPL not later than 15.00 hours on February 23, 2009. Technical Bids will be opened at 16.00 hours on the same day in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
