Sealed tender quoting the rates are invited for sale of Steel material by the Chief Engineer (Hydel) WBSEDCL from the reputed & resourceful Manufacturer /Firms / Suppliers /Contractors / individuals having financial capacity in the form of either Banker certificate or Income Tax Return ,and its report and of yearly Turnover authenticated by Bank for minimum 1.5 ( One point five) Crores per year.
WBSEDCL have decided to sale 931 Tons (approx) of Steel Material, the idle stock of Teesta Canal Fall Hydel Project, of different type& sections (Tor steel 28,32 and 36 mm dia M.S. Plate 10 & 12 mm thick, Micro alloy steel 16 mm round, M.S. Channel, Flat & ‘Z’ type sheet pile etc.) “as is where is basis" COST OF TENDER PAPER : Cost of Tender paper will be Rs.1000.00 (Rupees One thousand only )(Non-refundabIe) to be paid in cash in favour of Astt.Manager(F&A)TCFHP, Admn. Building, Phansidewa Dist. Darjeeling.
ISSUE OF TENDER PAPER : Interested buyers may collect the tender on any working days from Monday to Friday between 11-00 AM to 3-00 PM from 01-09-2008 to 09- 09-2008 from the Office of the Project Manager, TCFHP, Admn. Building, Phansidewa Dist. Darjeeling against submission of application in duplicate along with the documents of sufficient credentials of business indicating financial capacity, Certified copy of I.T. Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration No., PAN Card and Trade License etc.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER PAPER : Tender paper can be Submitted up to 2-30 PM on 18-9-2008 at the Office of the Project Manager, TCFHP, Admn. Building, Phansidewa Dist. Darjeeling.
OPENING OF TENDER : Tender will be opened at 3-00 PM on 18-09-2008 in presence of attending Tenderers after scrutiny of Earnest Money.
EARNEST MONEY : Tender must accompany with Earnest Money of Rs. 1.00 (one) Lac Only in the form of Bank Draft in favour of Asstt Manager,(F&A),TCFHP,WBSEDCL Payable at Siliguri in a separate Sealed Envelope. Tender not accompanied by the Earnest Money will be rejected.
Acceptance of highest bidder is not binding to the WBSEDCL. The WBSEDCL reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders or split up the tenders without assigning any reason what so ever. Tender will not be accepted by Post. Tender received after scheduled time is liable for rejection. VAT/ Sales Tax will be applicable for sale of Steel Material.
