The West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL), invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from registered and experience market Agencies to
(a) Find out Customer service need expectation accross all categories of Customer in all the Municipal Towns
and other geographic (urban and rural) areas in the State.
(b) Measure the current level of service satisfaction amongst Customer.
(c) Perception of WBSEDCL Employees towards Customer service improvement.
At present total no of consumers under WBSEDCL is approx. 69 lacs
For execution of such market research, sealed offer on “Expression of Interest” in triplicate superscribing the Notice no. and date are invited by the Chief Engineer (C.R.M.Cell), WBSEDCL , 2nd Floor, ‘C’ Block, Vidyut Bhavan, Kolkata-700 091, from reputed , reliable , bonafide and resourceful Agencies having credentials to render such services. Interested vendors are requested to submit documents in favour of their credentials in respect of
(1) Company / Firm Profile with total No. of employees,
(2) Previous experience for execution of similar job preferable for Power Utilities,
(3) Annual turnover for the last three years,
(4) P.Tax Registration No.
(5) Service Tax registration No.
(6) P.A.N. Expression of Interest may be submitted on any working day upto 01.30 PM on 22.09.2008, against Docket No. Offer received after due date and time will be returned unopened. No application will be received through Post. EOIs will be short listed after examining Company profile, experience in the related field, financial stability and technical capability. WBSEDCL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason thereof.
WBSEDCL, will endeavor to make available necessary Bid Document giving all relevant information relating to scope of work, general terms and condition to short listed Agencies against cost which will be communicated in due course.
The Company reserves the right to split the job to two or more eligible Agencies on whatever grounds it deems fit in the interest of the Company. Decision of the Company will be final and binding on the vendors for this purpose. Due information may also be had from our website : www.wbsedcl.in
