applications from experienced Architects / Architectural firms including PSUs
and Government agencies for engagement of Architect for planning, designing and
supervision of construction of Bank’s multistoreyed (B+G+4) building on Bank’s,
having about 4500 sq. metre built up area, at 1, A Ronaldshay Road, Alipore,
Kolkata-27 to accommodate Staff Training College, a Branch, Currency Chest etc.
The Estimated cost - Rs.1142 lacs.
Scope
of works - Planning,
designing & preparation of drawings as per local bye laws,
liasioning &
getting approvals from all concerned authorities,
pre-qualification of
contractors, preparation of tender documents,
coordination among executing
agencies, supervision of construction
work, following CVC directives.
