ALLAHABAD BANK intends to make empanelment of SMS Gateway Service Providers for incoming and outgoing messages (SMSs) to and from Allahabad Bank CBS system and other related applications like Mobile Banking, ATM, Internet Banking, SMS Banking, SMS alerts etc and any other application/interfaces which may be introduced later by the Bank. The project will cover Customization, Integration for sending and receiving messages generated through above applications as per requirement/specifications, terms and conditions mentioned in this RFP.
The SMS Gateway is to be integrated with Allahabad Bank's Mobile Banking, CBS System, ATM Switch and other related systems at Data center (Navi Mumbai currently), Disaster Recovery site (Lucknow currently) and any other centers/locations which Bank may wish to integrate.
