Requirement of plot with the following futures.
(a) Area of Plot - A minimum of 5000 to 20,000 Sq. meters (Approx) (Should be suitable for (a) developing of Ware-house, or (b) Corporate office building or (c) Industrial shed).
(b) Location - Preferably in and around Vasco, Sancoale Industrial Estate or Verna Industrial Estate,
(c) Preferable facility - Accessible bitumen road for transporting heavy equipment / long bed trailer with container etc. easy access to power & water supplies.
