1	Site inspection	From 10.09.10 to 24.09.10
2	Inspection time	Between 3.00 PM to 4.00 P.M. in all working days except Saturday. For inspection please contact premises Deptt, HO, at 2 N.S. road, Kolkata.
3	Submission of offer	On or before 24.09.10 up to 15.00 hrs.
4	Bid Security	Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) in the form of DD/Bankers cheque, in favour of Allahabad Bank, payable at Kolkata. The bid security money will be forfeited in case the successful offers does not deposit the offers amount within two days
5	Opening of tender	On 24.09.10 at 15.30 hrs
6	Deposit	The successful offerer has to deposit the full amount within a period of 2 (two) days after receiving the intimation.
7	Care of works	The offerer should take full responsibility & in case any damage, loss or injury shall happen to the works or to any part thereof the offer shall at his own cost repair and make good the same
8	Time of completion	3 days
