For supply of Art paper Matrials to T. T.Ds, Press for 2008-09
On behalf of the Executive officer, T.T.Devasthanams, Tirupati, sealed tenders are invited by the Office of the Press Manager, T.T.D., Press for Art paper Materials Procurement noted in the statement below for 2008-09. The intending tenderers should satisfy the following criteria.
(A) Must be Manufacturers / Authorised Dealers for Item Nos. 1 & 2 and for 3rd item they can be Manufacturers / Authorised dealers / Entrepreneurs. If they are Manufacturers, the copy of their Licence shall be enclosed. If they are authorised dealers shal submit the copy of their "Authorised dealership Cerificate" issued by the respective manufacturers. If they are Entrepreneurs, they should submit their certificate of registration.
(B) The materials quoted shall comply with the specifications prescribed for each item in the respective price - Bidschedules.
(C) The self tested Lab test Report of the products confirming their product's specifications need be enclosed along with individual samples for each item not less than 3 copies. The Tenderers of those complying with prescribed specifications only will be considered.
(D) The Earnest MOney Deposit (EMD) as per lump sum amount shown in the table-below or to the extent of 2.5% of their quoted value whichever is less must be enclosed along with Technical Bid.
(E) Sufficient quantities of samples for each category must be enclosed along with Technical BId.
(F) The Technical Bids only will be opened on Date/ time noted in columns 8 in the Chambers of Public relations Officer, T.T.Ds. Administrative Building, K.T. road, Tirupati.
