Rajasthan State Seeds Corporation Ltd. Invites sealed tenders in prescribed format from reputed manufactures/ suppliers having relevant experience of at least five years for supply, installation and commissioning of following items:

1. Tender forms can be obtained from Rajasthan State Seeds Corporation Ltd., Pant Krishi Bhawan, Janpath, Jaipur, up to 22.09.2008 between 11.00 hr. to 15.00 hr. on any working day by depositing tender fees in cash. Tender form can also be downloaded from the website
"www.rajasthankrishi.gov.in", however the tender fees in this case has to be deposited at the time of submission of tender form through demand draft in favour of Rajasthan state seeds corporation Ltd. payable at Jaipur. Completed tender form along with EMD shall be accepted up to 15.00 hr. on 22.09.2008. The EMD shall only be accepted by way of demand draft in
favour of Rajasthan State Seeds Corporation Limited payable at Jaipur. The technical bid shall be opened on the same day at 15.30 hrs in the presence of desirous tenderer(s). The financial bids of the technically qualified firm shall be opened subsequently for which date and time shall be intimated separately.
2. Tenders, both Technical bid and financial bid should be submitted strictly as per instructions to tenderers given in part A of the tender document.
3. Tender not accompanied with requisite EMD and not submitted as per instructions contained in the tender document are liable for rejection.
4. RSSC reserves the right to accept or reject any one or all the tenders in
part or full without assigning any reason.
