Invitation for request for proposal for emplacement of consultancy firms
Commissioner Land Records and Settlement (CLR) under Department of Revenue Government of Madhya Pradesh (GOMP), invites "Request for Proposal" (RFP) from reputed companies (bidders) working in the field of Consultancy for study of Existing Land records, Revenue Courts and Registration Systems and suggesting a way and helping the Govt. in converting the exsiting system into "E-System including title registration" in time bound schedule.
Details of the bid documents (tender documents) can be obtained from Office of the CLR on payment of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred either by cash or D.D. in favour of Dy. Commissioner Land Records on all working days from 10.09.08 to 6.10.08 during working hours (10.30 am to 50.30 pm) or it can be downloaded free of cost from web site www.landrecords.mp.gov.in
Technical and commercial bids must be delivered at the address given below, upto 15.00 hours on 7.10.08 and Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 16.00 hours at the address given below in the presence of the BIdder's representatives who wish to attend. Date and time of opening of Commercial Bid will be intimated to the qualified Bidder.
