NOTE:- (i) In case any of the above dates is declared as holiday then the particular date Will automatically get shifted to next working day.
(ii) The quantity mentioned above is tentative & may very according to final requirement.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS :-
a) The tender documents can be obtained form the office of the undersigned in person onpayment of cost of tender documents in the form of (DD/IPO/BC) only made out in the name of Sr. Account Officer, HTPS, CSPGCL, Korba West, Payable at Korba only accompanied with firm’s application on its letter head. If Tender document required by post Rs.100/- is to be paid extra by DD/I.P.O/B.C along with the cost of documents. CSPGCL shall not be responsible for any postal delay receipt/non recipient of firm’s application/Tender documents
b) Tender documents and the detailed specifications could be issued on any working day upto one day before the due date between 10.30 to 17.00 hrs. The Tenders, duly filled, shall be accepted upto 16.00 hrs on the due date. The EMD bids and Techno-commercial bids shall be opened at 16.00 hrs on the due date. The company reserves rights the accept or reject any or all the offers in part of full without assigning any reason whatsoever.
