State Bank of India invite tenders from reputed House keeping Agencies for maintenance of office building measuring approximately one lac sq. ft located at 16, College lane, Chennai-6. Tender documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions of work can be obtained from the Assistant General Manager in the office between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. from 23.02.09 to 27.02.09. Agencies who have done / doing house keeping work at premises having area of one lac sq. ft. or above in single premises and who produces documentary evidence regarding satisfactory performance certificate and proof of paying wages as per current minimum wage act from the present employer besides other regulatory certificates / licenses of statutory nature like P.F., ESI, workmen compensation etc. shall alone be eligible to obtain tender documents.
